Readymade posters: 14-day right of withdrawal

If you're an EU consumer, you may return a readymade print within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email hello@wordbloom.art stating clearly that you withdraw from the purchase (an unequivocal statement is enough; include your order number). Then send the print back within 14 days. Return shipping is at your cost. We refund the full purchase price within 14 days of your withdrawal (we may wait until we've received the print back, or you've shown proof of sending it).

Custom posters

Custom posters are made to your specifications, so the legal right of withdrawal does not apply to them (Art. 59(c) of the Italian Consumer Code). Ordered by mistake? Email us immediately. If production hasn't started, we'll cancel and refund as a courtesy.

Digital files

At checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal once delivery begins. After that, digital sales are final.

Damaged, defective, or wrong orders

This is separate from withdrawal and applies to every order, custom included: the legal guarantee of conformity covers you for 2 years. If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email hello@wordbloom.art with a photo and we'll reprint and reship, or refund you in full, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.
