Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These terms govern purchases on Wordbloom (wordbloom.art), operated by Rodolfo Santini, Via Formellese Nord Km 11,577, 00060 Formello (RM), Italy, VAT IT18567851003 ("we"). By placing an order you agree to them. They do not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
1. What we sell
Typographic art posters: readymade posters from our catalogue, custom posters generated from words and images you provide, and, for custom posters, digital print files. Physical posters are produced by a third-party print partner and shipped to you.
2. Ordering
You place an order by configuring your print, entering your details, and completing payment through Stripe's checkout. The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed; you'll receive a confirmation by email. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) in case of a clear pricing error, or where uploaded content is unlawful or infringes third-party rights.
3. Prices
Prices are shown and charged in the currency of your delivery country and include delivery. No additional taxes or fees are added at checkout. Posters are printed in the EU, the UK, the US, Canada and Australia for delivery within those regions. For other destinations the poster is shipped across a customs border and the destination country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery; these are collected by the carrier, are not included in our price, and are your responsibility. We flag this at checkout for the countries concerned.
4. Delivery
Posters are produced on demand and shipped to the address you provide. Delivery estimates shown are indicative; production and carriage are handled by our print partner and carriers. If an order is lost in transit, contact us and we will reship or refund it.
5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
For readymade posters, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. See Returns & Withdrawal for the procedure. The right of withdrawal does not apply to: custom posters (goods made to your specifications, Art. 59(c) Consumer Code) and digital files once delivery has begun with your express consent and acknowledgment (Art. 59(o)). You give this consent by ticking the box at checkout for digital orders.
6. Legal guarantee of conformity
As a consumer you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years). If your print arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact hello@wordbloom.art with a photo and we will reprint, or refund, at no cost to you.
7. Digital downloads
Download links are valid for 30 days. Save your files within that window; contact us if something goes wrong with a download and we'll sort it out.
8. Ownership and use
Readymade designs. Every readymade poster on this site, including its artwork, text and layout, is our intellectual property. When you buy one you receive a licence for personal, non-commercial use: you may print it, display it, give it as a gift, and open it in the editor and change it for your own use. You may not sell copies of it, sell posters or other products made from it, or redistribute its files, whether or not you have changed it. Copyright remains with us in every case, including in customised versions. For any commercial use of a readymade design, contact hello@wordbloom.art.
Your own posters. Posters created from your own words and images are yours. You keep full ownership and may use them however you wish, including commercially.
Content you upload. By uploading text or images you confirm you have the right to use them for the poster you are making. You agree not to create posters from text or images that belong to someone else, such as song lyrics, published writing, photographs or artwork you do not own or have permission to use, for sale or any other commercial purpose. Responsibility for the content you upload rests with you. We may cancel and refund an order where uploaded content is unlawful or infringes third-party rights.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Minor colour variation between screen and print is inherent to printing and is not a defect.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Consumer disputes may be brought before the courts of your place of residence.
